Rates are binding only by agreement & conditions established at the time specific reservation commitments are agreed to, a twenty-four hours is the default time limit for such agreements.  All rights are reserved to change rates and conditions at any time or any reason prior to those commitments.  Additional charges may be added for special event, occasions or arrangements but only by clear agreement.
